What distinguishes the modern world from the medieval is the use of energy. The modern world is driven by non conventional energy based mainly on coal and petroleum. which is exhaustible. The future lies in using renewable energy resources like wind power which is infinite and clean.The sooner we shift to renewable energy resources, the better it is for the planet.
